Test the approach on real work

AI pilot for project work

We choose one or two ways AI could help the team, test them in daily work, refine roles and rules, and assess the outcome before broader adoption.

Duration
3–4 weeks
Team
Up to four people from one area
Scope
One or two working scenarios
01 / CONTEXT

When this fits

  • You have real projects and are ready to change how one defined area works.
  • You need to test the scenarios before rolling them out across a department.
  • There are no shared rules yet for using AI or assessing its impact.
02 / OUTCOME

What your company gains

  • Tested scenarios, rules and templates that respect data requirements.
  • Baseline measures and an assessment after the test.
  • A process for reviewing results and a recommendation on wider adoption.
03 / PROCESS

How the work proceeds

Understand the challenge

We review current work and choose scenarios for the pilot.

Set the baseline

We agree on measures, constraints and how to assess the outcome.

Test the scenarios

We describe the process before and after the change and run two to four tests on real tasks.

Decide what comes next

We record the rules and findings, then decide what is worth developing further.

04 / SCOPE

Scope of work

The pilot includes support for the agreed period. Software integrations and AI agents as separate IT projects are outside this format.

BEFORE WE START

Frequently asked questions

What tasks can we choose?

For example: project status, meeting minutes and actions, a project charter or a risk register. We choose the specific scenarios for the company’s needs.

Is this a course?

This is collaborative work on the company’s tasks. The pilot produces tested scenarios and rules for their use.

What happens after the pilot?

Based on the results, we decide whether and where to continue. Moving to the next stage is not automatic.
